Terms of Use

1. Operator and scope

These Terms of Use govern your use of the website bestmobileapps.eu (the “Website”), operated by lapnito.cz s.r.o., ID No. (IČO) 19537441, a company registered in the Czech Republic (the “Operator”). By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Content is information, not advice

Reviews, rankings and guides express the editorial opinion of the Operator and are provided for general information only. Apps, prices, features and store listings change often. We take care to be accurate, but we do not guarantee that content is complete or current. Please check the details in the App Store or Google Play before you buy or download.

3. Editorial independence and disclosure

We do not accept payment for reviews, rankings or ratings, and the Website runs no paid placements. The Website currently contains no affiliate links. If we ever add affiliate or sponsored links, they will be clearly marked next to the content concerned. The Operator is also an independent app studio that develops its own apps (Lapnito). Whenever a Lapnito app appears in a ranking or review, it is labeled as such.

4. Third-party apps, trademarks and links

App names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the apps we write about. The Website links to third-party sites and stores. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

5. Intellectual property

Texts, design and other original content on the Website are protected by copyright and belong to the Operator or its licensors. You may quote short extracts with a clear attribution and a link to the source. Any other copying, republishing or systematic downloading of the content requires our prior written consent.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Website for unlawful purposes, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to disrupt it (for example by automated high-volume requests), or to submit unlawful or abusive content through the contact form.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Website is provided “as is” and free of charge. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for damages arising from the use of the Website or from reliance on its content, including decisions to buy or install an app. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for intentional misconduct or for personal injury, or limits any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

8. Corrections

If you find an error or want something corrected, write to info@lapnito.cz. We review all reports and correct confirmed errors.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes are decided by the competent courts of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
