1. Controller

2. The short version

This Website uses no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels and no third-party scripts, fonts or embeds. It does not profile visitors or sell data. We process only the minimum described below.

3. What we process, why and on what legal basis

• Server logs. When you visit, our web server records your IP address, date and time, requested URL, HTTP status, referrer and browser user agent. Purpose: security, error diagnosis and abuse prevention. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention: up to 30 days.
• Contact form. If you write to us, we process your name, email address, subject and message to answer you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Retention: up to 12 months after the last message, then deletion.
• Session cookie. Only the contact page sets a technical session cookie (PHPSESSID) that protects the form against cross-site request forgery. It is strictly necessary, contains no personal data, is not used for tracking and expires when you close the browser. For this reason no cookie banner is needed. No other cookies are set.

4. Recipients and transfers

The Website is hosted by WEDOS Internet a.s., Czech Republic, which acts as our processor under a data processing agreement. Contact messages reach us by email. We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing, and we do not transfer it outside the EU/EEA.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@lapnito.cz. We do not use automated decision-making, and you are not required to provide any data to browse the Website. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (ÚOOÚ, the Czech Data Protection Authority), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, Czech Republic, www.uoou.cz, or with the authority in your own EU country.

6. Security

The Website is served over HTTPS, we collect as little data as possible, and access to the logs and mailbox is restricted to the Operator.

Links to the App Store, Google Play and developer websites lead to third parties with their own privacy policies, for which we are not responsible.

8. Changes

We will update this policy if our processing changes. The current version is always shown on this page together with its effective date.
